Several examples for conversion from Modbus/serial to Modbus/TCP and vice versa
The ModGate Plus Gateways for the well known protocol suite of Modbus convert between serial transmission and data transfer via TCP/IP. This opens several different methods of operation, depending on the aspplication requirements. While many installations provide little configuration, the manual of the ModGate+ has some example configurations described in detail. These are available here as an excerpt from the manual.
